Terrible ER service... had like 2 doctors working. I waited 3 hours to see 1 of them!
Great staff but DMC is owned by Tenet Corp and all they care about is money. Money first. Patients second. Staff third. It’s a shame.
UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF SITTING AROUND TALKING ABOUT HOW THEY GOT A OLD MAN OUT OF 50DOLLARS FOR A CO PAY THIS IS NOT RIGHT. DIAMOND WAS THE ER MEDICAL ASSISTANT NAME THIS NEEDS TO STOP SHE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AND FIRED AS WELL AS ANYONE ELSE
They are unprofessional not organized at all the nurses don’t have any experience. No communication at all and they don’t ask the patient or their family about the well being of the patient. I hate this hospital so far
This hospital is horrible my mom came in complaining of chest pain the decided to keep her. She has been waiting on a room for 8 hours and ive been here with her in emergency for 3 hours and not 1 nurse doctor or anybody stopped in this room to check on her. Horrible i wouldnt send my worst enemy to this hospital!
Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves rushing my father out of the ER without taking out his iv. Then leaving him in the waiting room without helping him turn on his oxygen that you told me to bring up there so he be discharged. I will be reaching out to whomever I need to so this will be handled accordingly.
Staff not friendly at all . I feel like if mostly black people are patients maybe racist whites shouldn’t work here . They walk past people In triage don’t talk to them for three to four hours . My mom is 83 can’t walk has an open sore from what looks like a tumor on the back of her leg . and possible gallstones and they wanna do outpatient surgery only for gallstones. That’s was almost four hours ago . Blacks are always looked over in places like this . Looking at her without really accessing her fully .
Been such a terrible hospital in the last few years. Disgrace. I’d never step foot it there. Don’t care if it’s the closest hospital and I’m about to die.
The ICU day shift staff is uncaring and unprofessional.
