I was in this lousy hospital for a week, I fractured my back in 3 spots, I was left in the hallway for 5 hours, I was in training to be a Mounted police officer . Your hospital always had a bad reputation, I'm still bitter about this.

Now you have fired a dedicated nurse for the "crime" of demanding appropriate ppe for herself and her colleagues. When did becoming a health worker require that one must sign their own death warrant? Shame on you.

DMC Sinai-Grace leadership failed to comply with federal law and accreditation standards (Condition of Participation), to the benefit of their personal bonuses and to the risk of patients and personnel. There is a federal law that mandates emergency planning, including pandemics emergency planning. This hospital administration doesn’t care about you, your families health, or the health of their staff. If you see the recent news article regarding the ER nurse work stoppage, know that the actions of these nurses were justified. No hospital administrators should allow 10 ventilated patients in the ER to be taken care of by solely 2 nurses with a total of 26 patients. This is highly unsafe and bound to end in the death of some of these patients. You are welcoming death with your unsafe staff to patient ratios, DMC.

Disgraceful, how you are treating your staff. You should be ashamed of yourselves as an institution. You’re sending them out to slaughter. 20 patients to one nurse???? Shameful

Even in the midst of a pandemic, the people that run this hospital are more concerned with profit than the health and safety of their patients or their staff. I'd say "shame on them" but people with no conscience don't feel shame.
