I’m here weekly because of the value and the awesome employees who make the whole process just that much more enjoyable. I decided to go ahead and get an oil change here as well simply for convenience sake, and the fact that I had a coupon. It seems the price may have been a bit higher than other places, but Kortney and Matt at Mobil1 made it worth the few extra dollars. Great customer service. Very friendly. Good quality car wash and free vacuums, as well as towels and window cleaner. They move the line very quickly without being rude or rushing you.
My car sparkles and shines! Love the included vacuum as well. But beyond the clean car I want to give a shout-out to Armando! While I was there a woman was having car trouble. Armando helped us. She needed a jump start. We had jumper cables but didn’t know how to use them. Armando was very helpful and got her car started!! I will definitely be back. Thank you Armando.
Will never come back. The car wash leaves so much to be desired, car was not even clean after the 2nd time I went around. I would have rather been refunded and took my money elsewhere. This place is only busy because of the location, not because of the quality of the wash. Not worth it at all, rather take my money elsewhere, which is sad because it is close to home.
This was my fist time there, and the employee who helped me was VERY friendly and knowledgeable on what i needed. Overal wait time was less than 10 minutes! And you can’t beat the free car wash!! VERY happy with my experience & will definitely be back! Thanks guys!!
I had visited the car wash a few times and was pleased. Then one day I got am oil change and carwash and at both received poor customer service. I messaged them a week ago and have not gotten a response. That leads me to assume the service I received is considered satisfactory. I will not be back.
