First and last time I’ll ever go here, we needed a wash and we were in the area so we stopped, my father was driving and said “here we go” and I just thought he was being over dramatic, wow was I wrong! I have never felt so uncomfortable trying to be pushed into a car wash let alone sold anything, we told the attendant NO at least 6 times... and every time he came back with a more rude remark or comment about why we are spending money today to wash our truck but don’t want to pay monthly.... well maybe it’s because we aren’t... read more
It’s a rainy Sunday. I get it. Not expecting a busy day. However turns out everyone had the same idea. They have one poor kid to wipe down the cars after cleaning. One. Five cars waiting for him. So okay we will be here awhile no big deal. I go in to use the restroom and the door won’t lock. The toilet water is brown and they have a wet towel sitting next to the base of the toilet. Gross. Two thumbs down.
Paul was absolutely amazing today! He's very attentive to the customers. I needed to get my dad's car detailed so we could surrender it after he passed . . . AWESOME JOB!!!
I had my antenna broken off and side view mirror hit on the bay of the wash. I filed a report with the attendant. He stated that he was submitting to supervisor to get a repair to my antenna. This was three weeks ago. No one has contacted me or reached out. I have left two emails with them this week and no return. I feel that this is negligent in the customer experience and would not recommend them because of the non communication to repair my vehicle damage.
