I was extremely disappointed with a recent visit. The outside of my car was covered in water spots, windows weren't wiped well, and they only shined up two tires.The inside was worse. There was still dirt on the floor and absolutely nothing had been wiped down. I usually don't use places like this and now I'm reminded why. I'll never come back.

I would have said yes until it came to cancelling my membership. Sent multiple requests since November 17th and I'm still getting charged. Phones don't work and no response thru email.
Have a woking phone number for one. You dial the number, press 1 for the KC location and hear "invalid entry"
just got done drying my own car - waiting soooo long for someone to come do it. FINALLY when I'm almost done. he did the tires bunch of crap!! have a blessed day and the man says when he takes your money then you do the work! 😠
I have been a customer with this car wash before it was Kevin’s. I have never had any complaints then or since it has been Kevin’s until 10/13/19. I renewed my unlimited service and the first time using it(same day) my suv was damaged. I filled out form given to me by employee on duty. On 10/17 I met with Mgr., Luke. Not responsive to request to cancel membership and charged my account despite my request days before the charge was due. Nor will a live person answers the phone.
