I signed up for the monthly service. I cancelled it and then have kept charging me. So, they lost a customer.
I went from never washing my car to almost everyday unless it rains. Kevin's car wash makes it so easy and convenient to get in and out quick. It makes it so easy to take such great care of my new car!! Thank you!!!
DO NOT GET AN UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP! It’s not convenient for me to use this car wash regularly anymore so I’ve tried to cancel it for 3 months now and they refuse to! It keeps coming out of my account! I’m going to my bank to get a different debit card so they can’t do this anymore! Horrible horrible place!!! They won’t even return my calls and I have left several messages!!
Loyal customer to this wash. Gerardo welcomed me back and took care of me last time. Free interior vacuums and also great work from the oil change portion.
Every time I go here they try to sell me a monthly pass, and today Stacey was so persistent I drove off with not getting my car washed at all. STOP trying to sell your monthly pass!! If I only wash my car once a month, it won't save me money to pay you twice the amount for one wash!! I will never drive through again.
