RecommendedRecently switched from their competitor... was so unhappy with the service I drove straight over to Pro-Clean. Paul was so nice! He was even willing to give me a discounted rate for the rewash. They convinced me. This is my new GO TO car wash!!

STOP BADGERING THE CUSTOMERS. WHEN SOME ONE TRIES TO CANCEL THERE ACCOUNT ACTUALLY DO IT. INSTEAD OF STEALING MONEY FROM THEM FOR 2 OR MORE MONTHS BY HAVING THE WORST SERVICE IN KC. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A EMAIL IF THEY NEVER CHECK IT, PROBABLY THE SAME AS HAVING A PHONE THAT NOBODY ANSWERS OR LASTLY A PHONE NUMBER ON FILE WITH THE CREDIT SERVICES THAT IS DISCONNECTED. MORAL OF THE STORY THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN KC AND LACK LUSTER WASH TO BOOT.
I have been trying to cancel my 2 unlimited subscriptions since February to No Avail. now they owe me!!! my bank will be pursuing them for those charges also bc I've had to change my account number due to Kevin's incompetent behavior and disregard for my cancellation requests. I will Not Be returning to this car wash EVER!!
I tried three times to cancel my unlimited Car Wash Pass and have still not been able to do so. I have repeatedly asked for a phone call or email back to me from the management by way of their email as well as requested method of messaging them. STILL, no response. I have opened up an investigation thru my VISA credit card into their billing my credit card after I have a complied with their requirements for cancelling the contract. BEWARE!
First time through their auto wash, and my car was damaged. Would NOT recommend.
I like the staff and the oil changes. At the car wash I was pressured (I mean REALLY pressured) to purchase an unlimited plan. I ended up pulling out of line, and skipping a free wash. I’ll never go back to the wash.
I have gone there 2 times and both times they have switched the floormats—front in back, etc. Had to have been done intentionally because back ones are small. Hard to straighten their mess out when I get home because of back problems. Waste of time and money! Won’t go back ever!
as much as I paid 2 have my car cleaned on 3-08-2020 inside there was still stuff on the floor I took it there because I didn't have the proper stuff to clean my vehicle and assumed they could clean it wayyyyyy better than myself and this was my very 1st time every doing so and I'm disappointed and keep in mind I drove an hour to the cities to see my family and figured why not....
