I loved LOVED this place until they began pressuring me to join their unlimited wash program. Third time of high-pressure’s a charm — and now I’ll be finding a new place to go — where customers are treated like people, not quotas.
I wish I could come here and not be pressured into buying their unlimited. Once I say no that should be it. But instead I get an attitude from the clerk who clearly can hear my infant in the back crying to get out of his car seat, when I get annoyed that I have to tell him no multiple time. I love this car wash but it's almost worth it to find another car wash to go to. Not cool Kevin.
I did the monthly unlimited car wash and now cannot get them to stop billing my credit card. DO NOT DO THE UNLIMITED WASH
I’m fed up with the high pressure sales tactics every time I want to wash my car. I tell them over and over I don’t want a membership but they won’t listen. This morning I told them don’t even start with the high pressure. I already know what I want but they were relentless. I said if they don’t stop I would leave the line and never came back. So that’s exactly what I did. It is now my mission to inform everyone how awful this place is. They will never see another dime from me. Even if they’re the only car wash in town.
I want to say thank you to justin and his staff. they went out of their way to make sure I was taking care of. I really appreciate your help today.
i will never recommend or go back to kevins carwash again. After pretty much my car going through their wall while in the carwash. and then NOT TAKING any responsibility for what happened. I will never trust them again. as working with some guy named Armando, he is by far the rudest employee ever and was clearly pointing fingers for NO reason or any clarification.
Pretty pathetic to pay 20 bucks to have my car cleaned only to leave there and drive to a manual car wash to finish what they half a$$ed. Never again
