Every time I go here they try to sell me a monthly pass, and today Stacey was so persistent I drove off with not getting my car washed at all. STOP trying to sell your monthly pass!! If I only wash my car once a month, it won't save me money to pay you twice the amount for one wash!! I will never drive through again.

I love my car being clean all the time! But I just haven’t had the time to do it myself. It is so nice and so easy to just pull up to the Full-Service isle, get out of my car and get back in 10 minutes later. I am very particular and have a great attention to detail, and every time my car is completely acceptable! Everyone there has a great attitude hard-working, courteous and professional. We’ll done!

I was looking for a detail service prior to the arrival of our new baby & decided to reach out to ProClean. After a long softball season & my daughter tracking dirt in with cleats... my car now looks brand new again thanks to ProClean. Thank you Anthony & staff for the interior detail & wash ! My wife and I were EXTREMELY satisfied with Pro-Clean Car Wash & Detailing - Rock Island. Anthony was helpful from the moment I walked in. We received the best detail for our car. The detailers were amazing too. Very nice and went above and beyond to have our car looking and smelling its best. Thank you guys!
we renewed a lapse pass and they did not attach the account to our sticker correctly. had me waiting for 40 minutes with kids on car so they could verify everything. after waiting so long i told them I just wanted to be done. they said it was taken care of. i reviewed bank statements and am still being charged. not a bad carwash, but their subscription service needs fine tuning. i also hate that the in person people "cannot do anything". i do not want to deal with emails when there are four employees right there.
