I went there the afternoon of April 20 and was treated very rudely. When the salesperson asked why I didn't want to purchase the monthly pass, I said "maybe I need to find a different car wash?" His response, " Yes. Get out of here and don't come back. We can't have you causing a disruption for our employees." Its an easy choice to skip this high pressure sales nightmare.
Very pushy and insulating. Watch them drive cars like there in Daytona 500 almost rear ending every car as they drive them on the track.... Car went thru dryers with soap flying off the car. Windows looked like my 5 year old grandson did them. I’m not one to complain. Paid 20 dollars for ceramic wax and they didn’t even do top of car...
too pushy. they don't take no for an answer. get pissed off when you don't want a monthly membership.

they didn't do good job back window was half clean still had grass still on floor in my car. that was money I wasted never go back there again.
They are very nice there, however I am being charged for unlimited car washes that I never signed up for. It was my understanding I was signing up for ONE month only of unlimited washes.
It was not explained to me when I went there the first, and last, time for me. I gave them my debit card and was charged $34.99. Then i noticed i was being $44.99 on my card the next month. I did not authorize this and it was not explained to me. When I call and try to speak to someone , it goes to voice mail. Looking at the posts on line it looks like this happens to ALOT of people. My husband had his new Velostar washed there today and the hood is terribly scratched. Looks like a sharp edge cut thru the paint. Very disappointed won’t be back.
