Let me get this straight.. you call a plumbing service because you have a problem to be fixed.. most likely ASAP..usually as they come... this company charges you a 60 dollar (let me look at it fee) then says I can’t fix it till the next day or so because “I don’t have the tools in my truck” (you are a plumbing service with a 12’+ truck) Then says 500+ for a cut and install of a 3” pipe. Wanted it done professionally but not drain the bank for a 20 min job... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The Silver State newbie they sent out struggled here for a couple of hours to give us a false diagnosis. We paid for every minute he was here on the phone trying to get help to figure it out. ($350.00) The next company sent a 20 year veteran in the HVAC industry and he solved it in less than 10 minutes. This new company did not charge us a dime.
