We called Allen Service; they were ringing our doorbell by 8:15am to see what the problem was. Garrett Schmidt and his partner were courteous, tidy, and very professional. They kept us informed of everything they were doing/testing/repairing. They checked out the entire furnace and resolved the problem. By 9am we had heat! Thank you Allen Service!
Hello, Hope this review and complain will catch by all landlords, resident and tenants in Colorado and any other states where Allen Plumbing & Heating provide service. So, the one star is because I can not give a "zero" star. My NEIGHBOR hired these people. They 1. took down my fence without permission, 2. broke it, 3. put it back up incompletely, 4. dug into and broke both a sprinkler line and the electrical line to the valve box. I called repeatedly and demanded repair and the put me off for 2 weeks. Allen Service is an unethical, unprofessional, overpriced, underqualified company and they lead customers to financial SCAMs. I would advice anyone to AVOID Allen Service in Fort Collins, this scammer company at all cost. Heating and dirty financing tricks: Last year we hired them for an inspection on a perfectly functioning furnace. They cited a small problem and persuaded us to buy and install a new furnace with financing plan. no i had allen service come out for a summer tune up. they came out inspected my system found the heat exchanger cracked. (which i understand) and red flagged my system. this is not what im upset about. I'm upset that after they red flagged my system they continued to "inspect" my system and wire my condenser fan backwards and try to burn up my central air system as well. they're crooked and will take advantage of an unaware consumer. don't use allen service ever!!!!
Holy cow! Had an evaluation to have two faucets swapped out. I had purchased the faucets to be installed already. My quote was $1,240.00 just for the swap!!!
RecommendedIt was at my daughter's house today for an inspection of her heating and air conditioning systems. Graff was the technician you sent and he was very thorough and conscientious as he worked and did a great job explaining his recommendations to me to pass on to my daughter. Everyone at Allen Plumbing I have dealt with in the last 30 years has been completely professional and very competent. Steve was here yesterday to inspect furnace and air conditioner. He expertly explained the condition of our equipment and offered some fixes but never any high pressure tactics to sell us something
