I ordered a product which was mailed on May 5, 2020. How long is the turn around time for receiving the merchandise? Not sure if the business is still in operation due to the Covid-19. I called customer service all I get is that there is a wait time before an agent will come to the phone. Not sure if I mailed money to an unknown source. I also emailed the company. No reply. I'm at wits end. Will not order from this company again. Please reply.

I cant justify even one star! I placed an order - on credit - paid in full on first billing. Got another bill, adding more charges, because apparently an item that shipped late wasn't billed on the first round. Paid in full again - or so I thought Tried to see my balance - no account charges and payments are available online to view. You have to get through to customer service, nearly impossible. I have checked your account and see you are currently enrolled in our VIP Program. When you called on March 15, 2020 to place an order you agreed to be enrolled in the program. I listened to the call and the representative explained the program to you and the monthly cost of $14.95. They did not deliver and had terrible customer service! When l called they tried to refuse my refund and hung up on me. I called on four occasions and they did not try to find my package after they promised me a delivery date. The representative kept telling me the manager would call me back but could not tell me my phone number. After getting frustrated, she hung up on me rather than accepting the fact that they failed to deliver on product as promised. Inept handling of payments, accounts and over 6 months it has not been corrected. Every month it's an issue paying. Paying early ot trying to after they created multiple accounts and will not or cannot cancel, remove, combine, whatever. I call and it says zero balance and nothing due...and hangs up. I cannot get it handled on website, and 45 minutes on ignore and extensive time every month trying to pay the bill in the mail make it not worth it.

We are very sorry that when you call to check on your balance, you have different issues. The correct toll free number to call to check your balance is 1-877-276-1011. We do not offer an online bill viewing or payment option. At one time you did have two accounts with us, but they have been merged into one. We apologize for the issues you've been having, but using the above number should eliminate them for you.

I wish I'd read the reviews below first--I'd not have ordered. The slippers I got are fine--had they come at the price anticipated, I'd be writing a positive review. But they came at the price PLUS a $10 charge to my credit card for a so-called "cash advance". I called the credit card company, and they said it had something to do with a "foreign transaction". This is the worst company. I am not sure how they have an A+ rating. I waited on the customer service line for over an hour with no answer. I gave up. I ordered a bra from them via a mailer I got. I sent in a check end of February, they cashed my check around the 17th of March and its just about mid April and no communication or bra from them. Thank you for finally doing what should have been done in the first place. I hope with the acquisition of the company you begin doing the right things as part of customer service. I'm still not as happy as I could be. I will have to wait 3 months to get my money back.

Instead of a regular credit card charge, they made it a cash advance, so that I had to pay a $10 transaction fee to my credit card, in addition to the charge for the order itself. Will never order from them again.

Ordered 2/19/20 and still have not received product (3/24/20). I called today( third of 3 calls) to cancel my order and to get a response as to why not delivered. Person in Customer Support cancelled my order and said I would receive check in 2-3 weeks for amount billed. DP unable to credit my card. No one able to give me reason why order delayed.
