Beware: Miles Kimball "VIP Club" membership scam at $14.95 per month! On 10-6-2020 I ordered $61.06 of merchandise from Miles Kimball; which qualified for free shipping according to their web site, although there was a charge of $2.99 for handling and $5.12 in tax, for a total $69.17. I have been a customer of Miles Kimball for over a year. I also was a member of their rewards program. My one year anniversary for that was 09/21/20. I found out my membership for the rewards had been cancelled on 09/21/20. NOT BY ME. I received various reasons why. First, they couldn't bill my account. My current statement shows they billed 09/01/20. Second reason, I hadn't paid my bill. My statement shows I paid on 09/03/20 (next payment due 10/07/20). They are a fraudulent supplier. They have been charging me for months, after I told them to take me out the system. I will be contacting a lawyer. They don’t refund monies, once you send the order back, and hey won’t stop it as soon as they place the recurring order that I did not ask to be on.
I ordered a pair of clogs for my 88-year-old grandma through the website. The product came fast and she was happy with the shoes. I'm the caregiver for my grandma and help with everything including her mail and banking. Two weeks or so after we received the product she received a letter in the mail saying it was a bill and we needed to pay for the product we had already received. My mother, who is on a fixed income ordered their bras. They didn't fit, we exchanged them. The second set didn't fit, so they were returned for a refund. That was in Feb 2019. She has called several times, each time has been told the refund check is in the mail, and still has not received a check. Very poor customer service, follow through. Not sure how they are A+ with the BBB.
I ordered two size large bras at $7.99 each. When they finally came, I realized they sent one large and one medium. After several back and forth emails, they eventually said I could get a return label for the medium and once they received it, they would process a refund, MINUS $7 for the return fee presumably. My mother, who is on a fixed income, ordered 3 bras back on May 18th. She had still not received them. When we finally got the tracking number, it said it was in transit via UPS. We just recently found out they were received at our postoffice and our now out for delivery. She has not received them yet. She can't get through to the company for a resolution. Beware of this company. $40 gone from my Mom's account.
Horrible customer service. Company does not answer phones, places customer on hold music for long periods. When you do get through you reach people with heavy foreign accents you can barely understand. We are very sorry your order wasn't shipped within the timeframe you had anticipated. Our shipping and delivery timeframe is currently 11-15 business days. Your order was placed on May 24, 2020 and we shipped it on June 12, 2020. According to USPS tracking they attempted to deliver the order to you on June 18, 2020, but didn't see a secure place to leave it. They left a notice for you with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery. We realize this puts over the 11 -15 business days for delivery and apologize for that.
I ordered zipper compression socks for my diabetic father. He tore out an ad he saw in one of his diabetes magazines and sent it to me. According to the ad, "Buy 1 Pair Get 1 Pair FREE--now only $19.99." Also on the mail-in order form it says, "1 Pr. of Each Color Same Size $19.99" and later "Set of 2 Pr. $19.99".
