Ordered a gift for my wife and we have been very happy with it, but here I am 3 months later and notice the monthly charges I've been receiving. Like many others here I was signed up for the membership program with zero indication I'd be paying a monthly fee for it, much less $21.35! I was able to contact their customer service and cancelled the subscription, something that you don't appear to be able to do on their website. This is for Miles Kimball: I ordered an item and received a visually different item than what they advertised. The item I received was not only visually different, but the quality was poor. Customer service said could return the item, but would need to pay the shipping cost. I don't understand how this company has an A+ BBB rating.
I have always had very good service & responses from the Walter Drake Co. I have ordered both calendars & address tabs for years. I have always felt you get what you pay for...but, the quality of the items I purchased is very good.

If I could give them a zero I tewould. They threatening to sue me if I don't pay them for items I never ordered nor received. As an American I'm ******mad trying to take advantage of me sure they are with other elderly. This country was built on honesty and fair trade practices. Shame on you.

Ordered from them and a week later, I got charged for a membership I did not agree to. They said I signed up when I ordered which I did not. I will 100% never order from them again with this kind of business practice. I can see from all the other reviews that this is normal practice for this company and they probably make a ton of money off people that don't fight the charges.

Ordered and received an excellent product. The company signed me up for a VIP account that includes a monthly charge. I am in the process of getting refunded for an account I did not sign up for. Check on your family members to make sure they have not been scammed by this bunch.

I give one star because it won't let me do less. This company charges you double when you place an order and takes both monies out of your bank account balance. What's worse, when you get your order due and pay that amount and hit ''order'', it takes the money right out of your bank account. When you place an order, your credit card company verifies the funds are available and then reserves those funds. I had no idea what to expect but I can tell by their 1.28 Stars that the company is very bad. I wrote a review for their brand Native Remedies about 2 weeks ago and they hid it so people won’t see the truth. The only negative reviews they have visible are about one sentence long and say the product doesn’t work as opposed to detailed ones. I said it didn’t work for me.
