It's a scam. I got enrolled in a VIP membership with a monthly charge without full disclosure of monthly charges. Won't be doing business with them again!

I ordered mailing labels - $30 and the print is so small and smudged, they are unreadable. If I want to return them, I have to go to my post office and pay for the postage to mail back. Then, because I didn't see a box that needed to be unchecked, I was charged $14.95 to be in their VIP club. I called customer service - they said this happens all the time. BBB needs to look at this company."

I ordered an electric blanket from Miles Kimball back on January 19th, 2021. It was for a total of $69.66. from the onset the electric blanket never worked- and I did not return it because the total to ship it back would've just not made it worth it- so i threw the item out (pretty pissed off I spent $69 but it is what it is!). What's more infuriating though is that I just came to check some items on my bank statement (its now 5/22/21) and I see that I am being billed $16.28 every month from this company since that purchase ... read more

If I could leave zero starts, I would. This company enrolled me in a loyalty program using deceptive practices - they hid the enrollment inside a special offer - in my case, free shipping. They've been charging me $16.30 a month from December till April. I called a toll-free number, the rep unenrolled me without question then said they will issue a full refund within 5 business days.How do companies get away with these kinds of deceptive practices?"

I inadvertently clicked the purchase button on a clock I did not intend to order. Within one minute I received an email saying they had received the order. I hit the cancel button immediately but then received another email saying the cancellation could not be done as the clock had already shipped. ALREADY SHIPPED on an order I placed at night and within 5 minutes of placing the order. As I ordered through Ebay, I will go through them to get this resolved. If I could leave no stars I would. Miles Kimball enrolled me in their VIP program for $14.95 per month with no benefits that I could discern. My last order with them was not filled, but they charged me for the merchandise anyway. They are no on my “no fly” list. I will never do business with them again.

I completed an order by paying with PayPal. Fortunately, I screenshotted the transaction. When I opened the email receipt, Walter Drake had added $7.21 to the invoice and said that I owed it to them. They would not cancel the order or let me return it without paying shipping. I keep getting bills for the extra charge they added on. I have called and written, to no avail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

VERY Poor quality address labels, that were overpriced along with poor customer service. Apparently the joke was on me... I thought Miles Kimball was a legit company... Shame on you!

We are very sorry you weren't satisfied with the labels you received. As a courtesy, a full refund has been made back to your pay pal account. We were not notified of any issue with the machine the labels are run on and are unsure as to why they would appear lighter than you expected.

VIP membership scam. Have requested cancellation but not confident they will cancel. Called customer service to cancel and they passed me off to another phone number saying they could not help me. Called the second number and requested cancellation. No confirmation number etc. very strange. Hope I don’t have to take this further.
