I give one star because it won't let me do less. This company charges you double when you place an order and takes both monies out of your bank account balance. What's worse, when you get your order due and pay that amount and hit ''order'', it takes the money right out of your bank account. Then Miles Kimball takes that money plus one or two cents MORE, out of your account, taking double the money for the order deducted from your bank balance. then they give you the lesser amount back in supposedly 3-5 days, using your own ... read more

Our company, as well as banks or credit card issuers, are accountable for having Fraud Detection tools in place to help protect themselves, as well as their customers. When you place an order, your credit card company verifies the funds are available and then reserves those funds. We are unable to systematically void them, and the release of funds must be done per your bank or card issuers regulations. I had no idea what to expect but I can tell by their 1.28 Stars that the company is very bad. I wrote a review for their brand Native Remedies about 2 weeks ago and they hid it so people won’t see the truth. The only negative reviews they have visible are about one sentence long and say the product doesn’t work as opposed to detailed ones. I said it didn’t work for me. This does not always happen, but when it does it generally will last for ***** hours. They keep charging me for a service I did not want.I called several months ago to take this off my account.Now it's 89 dollars.The initial bill is paid off.Im being harassed about this bill that I did not want.

Deceptive order promises. I added a couple of items to meet the minimum order for free shipping and 10% off only to find out that it requires a subscription. I tried to remove the extra items but the order had been finalized. Now it looks like I will have to accept the full order or pay for shipping to return the extra items for a refund.

I have preferred credit and when I go to check out it is not offered. I have been trying to place an order for several months and I'm unable to. I have contacted Walter Drake several times and have followed directions to solve this problem and none have worked. Very disappointed!

We apologize for this issue. When placing your order, you would need to have your address exactly like it is on your account. It is possible that autofill is turned on and there may be space or something in here address that is causing the ** payment option not to show up. If that does not work, we recommend that you place your order via telephone.

I tried to place an order online. It would not accept my card. Called customer service for support. They told me to order by phone. I verbally reordered all items only to find out that they would not honor any online discounts. I cancelled that order. Then I discovered even though they would NOT accept the card online, they now have 3 pending charges on my card, which ties that up. I have called their customer support to only get NO support. They cannot explain WHY it did not accept my card, NOR WHY it is pending payment. At... read more

I have been receiving calls and mail from this company for months, after asking them not to call anymore leaving messages of taking me off their call and mailing lists. In the mailing they say I ordered online items from them, it doesnt say what was ordered when I give them the order number they ask if I want a cataloge, but can never say what was ordered. The kicker is I dont have a credit card to pay for something online and I know nothing was sent to me from this company without payment ahead of time. I just want the call... read more

I had ordered a letter from santa and an ornament through Walter Drake. The website said it would be delivered in 7-9 business days. This was on Sept 14th,2021. The order was never received as of Oct. 18, 2021. I sent several emails and decided to cancel the order. I got no response/refund. I called and spoke to customer service. They refused to refund the entire amount. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.

We apologize for the misunderstanding on the Christmas Letter from Santa that you ordered. We mail these to the childs name and address that you gave us on your order. The letters are mailed in December so the child will receive them just before Christmas. A refund of $8.55 was processed to your original form of payment on 10/18/2021. On 10/19/2021 the remaining $7.47 was refunded to your original form of payment.
