We have been to this lovely jewellery shop in Cornwall. Lovely jewellery never been rushed or pushed to buy anything. Becky is so nice and have a nice chat also very friendly. 👍😊 Shop is well laid out too always spotless. Thanks Becky.x

I bought my partner a bangle from here last year but last week the bangle snapped when putting it on phoned the shop in St Ives they only guarantee things for a year so the bangle I bought for £245.00 is now rubbish Please don’t buy anything if you want it to last not a place I will by from again

Silver Origins customer service is the best I have come across, I had a issue with an item I purchased I emailed them and got a response the same day and a replacement sent the day after I will definitely be purchasing again when I’m back holidaying in St Ives thank you

I have bought many items from Silver Origins over the years, however, my beloved stepping stone bangle simply came apart at a joint for no reason. I was devastated & contacted them, assuming I would be able to pay for it to be repaired. Sadly, & surprisingly no, I was told they did not do repairs and suggested I find myself a jeweller that did!!!
