Signature Solar has been a very good partner in completing my solar electric off grid project. Specifically **** was very helpful in guiding a novice like myself to a successful project.
Really pleased with the quality of my purchase and the customer service follow up.
I had multiple good orders with Signature Solar before I got a small order that was badly packaged and the item fell apart in transit, parts missing. I asked them just to send me some parts, but they sent me a whole new one pronto, very pleasant about it, wouldn't take the old one back, really did more than they needed to to make it right. Very pleased with their service.

I believe they do thier best. Knowlegeable and good at explaining. This makes for a great company that sell solar sytems. I'm maxed out on 24v system. If teuing to run a house...not an rv(like me).... Then I suggest 48v system! Don't waste on 12v,24v,36v... If 24v not enouph power then to straight to 48v! Best also to get mini split for ac and heating. Get inverter happy and you can't be more pleased unless you run out of batteries to charge or solar panels. What can I say about the team at Signature Solar especially their customer service and technical support. I had a couple questions in regards to my new charger and ********************* was such a big help not only did she solve my problem, but she waited on the line for me as I ran back-and-forth to make sure things were working as they were supposed to. 3 of the exact same $1600 batteries?! Burnt up??!! So glad others have had a great experience! But my experience is 3 **** USELESS BATTERIES SITTING AROUND! No one will help me through email! This has been going on for months! You need to call **************** immediately! 3245 are his last 4 digits. Search the **** email and youll find them too!!
