Payge was exceptionally helpful with my selection of *** LL-S server rack batteries as a replacement for the aged battery system that powers my off-grid home. As a practicing electrical engineer myself, I found Payge was very knowledgeable with all the Signature Solar products and was able to provide top notch system and electrical design advice that help guild me through the product selections that I need to complete my battery system upgrade. Excellent service and I look forward to the delivery on my new battery system.

******** in customer service went out of her way to take care of everything efficiently and promptly! My one and only complaint is they don't have a toll free number for international customers to call them at. Highly recommend Signature Solar, good ol fashioned honest company!

******* was quite helpful in assisting me with an order cancelation. She was able to catch the order at the shipping dock before it shipped. Very prompt with issuing the refund which will hopefully clear the bank in short order. Signature Solar seems to be a very dependable company with great tech support.

My shipment was delayed due to an error by the shipment company. I contacted Signature Solar on 4-1-2024 to notify them I had not received my order and request that they follow up. Their representative, ***************************, responded the same day. He had contacted the shipment company and succeeded in locating the shipment. The shipper corrected their error and I received my order in good condition on 4-5-2024. Very pleased with the quick response and the communication with ********.
