She goes the extra mile to resolve confusion and she sticks to her word about following up in a timely manner.I used to run a major hospital's customer support ************ exactly who I'd hire to train others!

I bought several items to build my off grid system here at my home. ****** was very helpful making sure I had everything I needed. As an electronics engineering tech it was a simple system to install. It's been running about 50 days with no issues. Also just ordered a 1 ton DC mini split. Should be here next week. Looking forward to getting it installed and hooked to the panels.
