I just completed a purchase of solar panels from Signature Solar and I'm 100% satisfied with the efficiency of the company and the representative that assisted me. **** ******, in General Sales, was more well informed on the specialized shipping procedure i required than any of the other companies I spoke with in my search for pannels. I ordered more than $8,000 worth of equipment and was assured that 8 of the 10 Hyperion 400 W Bifacial Solar panels would fit two of their EG4 BrightMount Solar panel Ground Mount Racks.If I had actually received the 3'x6' sized panels as advertised it may have worked; however, I was sent 10 solar panels with a width of 45" which means only three panels will fit on each rack with 43" upon the end that I can't use as I need 45". made a return (ticket *****) of two defective batteries waterproof LiFePO4 batteries order #***** on 08/08/2024. I followed all the correct procedure and process. Despite this, a refund was only processed for one battery not two. *** department stated they only processed a refund for one battery not two despite both batteries being packaged in the same box with all the correct paperworks.
