So here's the review on BBB!I have NO clue how this company isn't 5 stars across the board! So I had a problem with the inverter I purchased about a year ago. The unit had a 5 year warranty so I called Sig. Sol and spoke to ***************************. Very courteously and professionally she helped me through the warranty process. Much thanks to her and Sig. Sol.
