So far it's been an excellent experience. Purchased a complete 12KW system and it will be delivered in one week. The lady who helped me, *************************, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and customer friendly. Cost saving suggestions were made to take advantage of promotions. If this type service continues it just can't get any better. I'll write another review after we get into the installation. All '5 star' so far.
