This company helped me with getting my new set of batteries online. They also put me on the right track with my Inverters even though I didn't buy them from Signature Solar. Should have bought everything from them....
The product looks to be exactly what I want, but the logistics of shipping it to *********** almost drove me mad.Without the amazing help from *************************, in the sales team, I would have given up and cancelled the purchase. I ordered 10 of the SunPower 440W panels. They were delivered in a short amount of time, however, upon delivery, I found the top panel was damaged during shipment. After removing the top 9 panels I found the bottom panel shattered and with no output. I contacted Signature Solar about the problem, and a claim was opened.Twenty days after the claim was opened, I received a refund for the 2 damaged panels.I initially had reservations about ordering from Signature Solar due to several negative reviews.
