Over sold equipment three inverters and two 5kw batteries. Several.months of issues with units shutting down unexpectedly. On their own units would charge the battery's from the grid at night Units have faulted twice and tripped the transformer breaker, destroying several appliances. Units would drain battery's to fault mode instead of switching to grid mode at night Units at night would charge up battery's up to the 46% threshold using grid , then run off battery until it reached the 20% threshold and repeat the process all... read more

I order a carport February 2nd and still no update . I had to call them to check whether it was in stock and they told me about a week it would. 14 day delivery . Its 27 of Feb.
Very helpful in designing my system. Shipped my system promptly and kept me informed when it was shipped. Only problem we encountered was getting additional mounting brackets for solar panels (not enough were calculated for my order). It took 4 weeks to get additional brackets which really screwed installation up with my install company now I cant get my 30 percent rebate for another Year!

I bought 2 EG4 PowerPro batteries, a pallet of solar panels, and a ****xp inverter along with tigo RSD devices. I have had no issues at all with any of the products except for a wifi dongle's connection to the inverter. Looking at ******* I found that if you remove the cover off the dongle connection on the inverter it should work correctly, it did work just fine after that.Signature Solar did an outstanding job on every step with my orders.
