We have had alot of problems with our solar; in trying to educate ourselves information is inconsistent and often conflicting. The owners manuals are less than complete and also have conflicting info. We have EG4 lifepower batteries and EG4 6000EX-48 inverter. We have called sig solar SEVERAL times over the last year and all of the techs try to help but often they either have conflicting info or seem to guess and rush off the phone saying they have other calls to take, leaving us not knowing the next step.The last time we ca... read more

I think that the current star rating of 2.74/5 is largely due to the fact that people are quick to complain but not so quick to give credit when it's due. I understand some people have had issues, legitimate issues, with various products and perhaps Sig Solar didn't make things right with them. Why? I have no idea. I wasn't there to see for myself.
