I ordered over $26k worth of equipment. A single solar panel was shattered on arrival and they would not send a new one out. **************** said I had to purchase 4 more panels to qualify for a re-shipment!!!! WHAT A SCAM. If 5 panels were broken on arrival I could have gotten everything replaced for free. I wish they would have just taken care of me and sent me another panel packed up carefully no matter the cost. Signature Solar sold me 12K in their product. Their seller told me the wrong information on how long shipping would take. He said 5-9 days. Shipping started 05/31, and we are on day 16. They lost my shipment and then found it. Shipment moved to a 3rd party was out for delivery on 06/09 but could not be delivered because Signature Solar marked my shipment wrong, they should have been marked "residential". Signature Solar sold me a $19K battery and inverter system which I had installed by a licensed master electrician with 40 years' experience. When it came time to program the system, Signature Solar tech support was worthless. We've been trying to get the system to work for over two weeks and contacted support multiple times. Another complaint from unsatisfied customer. Defective product Purchased a Growatt 3k Grid Tie Inverter in January 2023.Been in contact with 3 different technicians, sent pictures they requested, emails back and forth . I'm try get refund back I sent them pics and talk to them twice and still got nowhere.
Lights flicker with there inverter and there fix is for you to change the led bulbs in your house when they weren't flickering before. Takes hours to get to them on the phone regarding technical support. If you decide to return the item there is a 45% restocking fee and shipping cost is all yours for a product that is obviously defective.
