I would like to share my experience with Signature Solar Technical Support members ***************************** and *************************. Since 7/6/23 I have been using a EG4 18kw pv inverter purchased from Signature Solar. Recently a problem developed with my inverter requiring technical support. I certainly wish I had read these reviews before I wasted days placing an order with Signature Solar. My problems with this company mirror everyone else's. The problems everyone is having with this company are very consistent. It all boils down to horrible customer service and customer care. After my order was cancelled without even a phone call, I spent hours talking to various managers and personnel. NO ONE followed through with what they told me. I had the pleasure of being assisted by ***** today. I had an issue with multiple orders and needed to arrange a change and addition to my order. ***** was more than helpful and walked me through the entire process, staying on the line with me until everything was completed. She went above and beyond assisting me with my order and concerns!

I have tried email and phone and can't get them to respond. Not a great way to get and maintain business. I ordered the product on Nov 26th and the only response I got was your order has been placed. No shipping info nothing from them at all. Their customer service is like everywhere else, it *****.

I purchased 6 EG4 ****s' for about $7500 (along with other solar equipment as a wholesale customer) to support three installations. They completed RMA's on the first two units in February 2023 after weeks of troubleshooting, but failed to send the return labels. Eight months later I finally worked through tech support with the same issue on two more of the same model inverters and had the resolutions department commit to replacement of the total of six of the discontinued units. I ordered a refurbished 48 volt lithium battery on October 19th. Today is November 14th and as of today I have had an email exchange with All, and phone calls with **** and *****, all telling me nearly verbatim that they would check with the shipping team to see when I would receive tracking info and a ship date. Of course once I hang up I never hear back. One day I may or may not get a battery, but I dont understand a company that has a battery in stock then has such a hard time actually shipping it.
