Signature solar is selling products that have had parts replaced by the manufacturer that weren't up to spec. Some of these issues were causing electoral shock to customers as well as fire.The manufacturer of EG4 products in ***** has been substituting subpar parts when they run out. Signature solar has been putting Band-Aids on the situation as best as they can. However they will not publicly admit the problem. Can I leave a 0 star rating ? This company is a joke. Do nothing but odd you around when you Ive issues and never get anything done Ive been wait for a month and a half to have a transformer looked at that failed and almost whipped out everything in my house with 400volts for a spike They dont feel liable for any of the damaged equipment and will not respond back to fix the issue I would never recommend the solar company to anybody wanting to get into Solar the tech department in customer. ****************** is an absolute j... read more
I had a 100% good experience with them I got spent 10k and was vary happy with my equipment and service they even loaded it for me by hand and made sure they had everything safely in for transport!! I was one item short they informed me it would be in in a few days. I got a tracking number in 4 days it was being shipped so I dont have to go back for it! They covered shipping it to me with no cost to myself! Thank you!
Been doing buisness with signature solar for awhile and never had a problem when it comes to purchasing new equipment. Had some of my customers purchase equipment through them as well.However, I pray nobody ever has to deal with a defective unit and deal with their warranty department (***) did all the required troubleshooting took all the pictures sent it off immediately after being sent a shipping label and they did agree that it was a defective unit and a new one would be sent out. I ordered EG4 batteries and a six-slot rack from them on August 6, 2023. I received the batteries promptly, but here I am on October 1, 2023, with no battery racking. I have called every Friday for a status update, and I'm told "I think they'll ship out next week". Next week never comes.This is my second order and my second issue with battery racking (my first rack was shipped with two right-side panels, meaning the latch mechanism doesn't work, and I can't lock the rack. I have no real complaints about the EG4 products themselves, but the customer service and technical support is awful. You will wait on hold forever, forced to listen to the same inane tune repeated every minute or so, with no way to opt out. Simply psychological warfare. I ordered a battery on 9/5/23 and here it is 9/12/23 with no status update and no tracking number. Tech support is equally atrocious. I purchased eg4 ***** btu mini split it worked for two months then stopped! I have been trying to get tech support for three months but no answers as of yet! The tech department told me too quit texting because they are too busy! So dont buy from Signature Solar if your equipment ever brakes down your will be alone to try and fix it yourself, it has been heart braking experience, my wife is totally disgust with Signature Solar
Order $7k on Jul 10th get 1 wrong item and 1 back order . Time by time email for get know when I will get my item but NO Answer ! Today August 2 I still don't get the answer !Wish I read customers reviews before I order from them.STAY AWAY from this company !
I ordered over $26k worth of equipment. A single solar panel was shattered on arrival and they would not send a new one out. **************** said I had to purchase 4 more panels to qualify for a re-shipment!!!! WHAT A SCAM. If 5 panels were broken on arrival I could have gotten everything replaced for free. I wish they would have just taken care of me and sent me another panel packed up carefully no matter the cost.
