Mostly good. Wait time is a bit long, technicians seem to be still learning, but good attitude and usually come up with answers. Some of the products need better explanation for proper installation for us do it yourselfers.
Great people to work with had to replace a couple products they got right on it and sent me new items out and I really like to thank ***** ***** ****** for being great people to work with they have a lot of patience and are very nice people to work with and talk to just ask for them when you call in and you will see what I mean and also like to thank them that handle claims

Spent about an hour on the phone on last Friday, December 14, with a young lady named *****************************, from Signature Solar. She was extremely knowledgeable and implied that, it seemed to be an inverter problem. However she walked me through the steps to set up the ES5000 to improve battery usage and charging efficiency. A great company in the field of DIY home solar equipment. i purchase 5klbs of solar equipment from them and i will purchase in the future. They need to work on delivery delay and customer service.
I got the xw ************ batteries(over 7k) in October 2023. I realized almost a month later that it had gone on sale a couple of weeks later. I sent an email but no response for almost a month. It took them some time to respond but no hassles and SS and ***** were great. $300+ refunded.
