I ordered a 18kpv inverter and 3 eg4 LL batteries and the shipping company lost the batteries. Signature Solar stepped up and sent me replacements in a timely manner. I am happy with the customer service and the equipment seems to work perfectly.
A phenomenal company...the products, customer service and character far surpassed anything I could have imagined.Highly recommending Signature Solar to all my neighbors on the mountain as "the direction to go" for creating the off grid solutions needed.
I asked Signature Solar to advise the shipping company to contact me to arrange a place to pickup the shipment. The company, ARCBEST, transferred the items to another shipping company, TP Freight Lines.TP Freight Lines had no knowledge of my request to arrange a meeting place. After several emails and telephone conversations, I was able to contact the driver of the shipment. Due diligence pays off, I hope Signature Solar makes ARCBEST aware of the communication breakdown.
Knowledgeable and solved my problems as a non industry individual
I've placed 14 orders over 18 months and have had a great experience with Signature Solar as we've put together a DIY off-grid system. We probably saved at least 50% vs. hiring an installer. We made use of the abundance of videos and other resources available on the Internet to support our project and we're thrilled with the results. Worst decision I've ever made. $9000 of crappy equipment. Only to be replaced under warranty for more defective refurbished equipment. Do yourself a favor, think long and hard before you purchase anything from them. Text support is completely clueless. Hours and hours on hold waiting for Tech support . If you're thinking of buying, call first and see how long it takes to get ahold of someone. Just try it.
Signature solar has been great to work with and all the departments have been very helpful! As I go through with the set up of my solar system, I really appreciate the support from signature solar team.
