I purchased the eg4 **** ex x2 solar system with 4 batteries and 24 solar panels in January of 2023 for my new barndominium. Installed the solar panels in June and the rest in November. Had a few things to tweak and no power coming from one inverter. Over several weeks I worked with several people on the phone and they hung in there until the problem was solved! She handled everything right on the spot and followed it up with email notifications just like she said she would. Mostly good. Wait time is a bit long, technicians seem to be still learning, but good attitude and usually come up with answers. Some of the products need better explanation for proper installation for us do it yourselfers.
Great people to work with had to replace a couple products they got right on it and sent me new items out and I really like to thank ***** ***** ****** for being great people to work with they have a lot of patience and are very nice people to work with and talk to just ask for them when you call in and you will see what I mean and also like to thank them that handle claims

She was extremely knowledgeable and implied that, it seemed to be an inverter problem. However she walked me through the steps to set up the ES5000 to improve battery usage and charging efficiency.
