Signature Solar has been a huge help to me and my family as we have learned how to become energy independent. I posted the same on Yelp!, then googled other places to leave them a review. How many companies have you spent ANY time looking for more places to leave a good review. I hadn't until now. So here's the review on BBB!I have NO clue how this company isn't 5 stars across the board! Their assessment of your needs, is spot on (I ran the math before I reached out to them and came up REAL close to what they recommended). SO, they don't oversell. I have been dealing with Signature Solar for a couple years now, and I have to say they have stellar customer service. It is always a pleasure to talk to them about products or get information and support that I need for those products. Their prices are great, especially if you catch a sale going on. So I had a problem with the inverter I purchased about a year ago. The unit had a 5 year warranty so I called Sig. Sol and spoke to ***************************. Very courteously and professionally she helped me through the warranty process. Much thanks to her and Sig. Sol.
