Awesome folks to deal with! ****** ********* helped me out could have sold me the more expensive solar panels but told me the Hyperion panels is what he would recommend he has been very helpful and when checking out he gave me a coupon code as well saved me an additional $50.00

Everything was well packed and undamaged. The shipping department is one of the most efficient ones i have dealt with. Within an hour of ordering i received a notice that it was already shipped
From placing the order to resolving some broken (by the shipping company) panel, to finding a lost pallet of stuff (again by the shipping company) I not only got great service with a smile. I purchased EG4 solar products for the first time after talking to the sales *****, she told me exactly what I needed very quick response times explain to me what I needed and what to look out for. every time I email her she was always prompt polite, she acted very professionally and generally cared about the customer. Im sold Ill keep going back to them, especially if shes my sales person.

After discovering a flaw in the design of a battery bms, signature solar replaced my 3 year old units with brand new ones all thanks to the temerity and candor of ******* in support who never let down a single time.
