************************* was a huge help to me. He helped me with my order and was able to get it all done over the phone. Although my order was $40 short from the free shipping promo he still honored it and gave me free shipping. I will be letting all of my friends and family know that you take care of your customers and treat people with respect. Thank you for making this process so easy. ****** should receive a bonus and a raise because he is crushing it.

Signature Solar is a valuable source of quality products at reasonable prices. There's been a wonderful improvement in their customer support that has become the new normal over the past year. Take *************************** as an example: she listens really well to a customer's details of an issue. She goes the extra mile to resolve confusion and she sticks to her word about following up in a timely manner.I used to run a major hospital's customer support ************ exactly who I'd hire to train others!

I was having a little bit of trouble getting things done at Signature Solar UNTIL I got ***** in customer service!!! She did amazing! I bought several items to build my off grid system here at my home. ****** was very helpful making sure I had everything I needed. As an electronics engineering tech it was a simple system to install. It's been running about 50 days with no issues. Also just ordered a 1 ton DC mini split. Should be here next week. Looking forward to getting it installed and hooked to the panels.

I would like to personally thank ***************************, *************************** and the whole team at Signature Solar for their top-notch professional service and support over the years. They offer quality products at very competitive pricing as well as technical advice and extensive instructional videos. Most importantly is the after-sale service.
