I am overseas and while talking to him my minutes finished and he called me back right away to make sure that I was heard. My items are at the port as I type this message. I initially placed an order in November 2024 thanks to excellent help from the technical support. The order was promptly shipped and received exactly as ordered. In April 2025, I found I had lost a receipt needed for filing the tax credit. I made a phone call and spoke with ***** He sent me a quote, Fast !!! I paid for the order and there is a pallet with solar panels on it, in my driveway right now. All arrived in a big Box-Truck with lift-gate. All the panels arrived in good shape, no damages. Less than a week from paying to receiving the panels. I have Zero complaints and that is why I am doing this survey. Next batch of solar panels I purchase will be from this company.
