Gone are the days of waiting for hours to get tech support. I have called over half dozens time son this last install and it was never more than a few minutes to get help. And that help was direct and beneficial. I just installed a 240 volt level II charger using the 6000xp inverter. Very sophisticated, but I still hate the *** and settings! Shes great at communicating during troubleshooting, and shes straight forward on helping her costumers find what they need! From sales to technical, to support (shipping, etc) - each group has exceeded my expectations. This is a rare company, and I feel very comfortable working with them now and going forward. From my perspective, this is the Only solar company to be working with. Each project has worked flawlessly.

No tech support, beware Ive spent nearly 40k with this company and I cant even get help with a communication cables Also beware of purchasing Growatt equipment, I think the hardware/ equipment is ok stuff its the documentation/ instructions that are horrible good luck with grounding and bonding this system, your one your own Just spend a few more dollars and buy the best in the industry Victron ( wished I would have) Hi ****!
