Signature solar is a fantastic company to deal with. **** ****** in sales made my purchase incredibly easy. He was very knowledgeable about the products they carry and easy to deal with.I ordered my EG4 system late Monday and it arrived in ******** at 9 am Thursday morning. Everything was well packed and undamaged. The shipping department is one of the most efficient ones i have dealt with. Within an hour of ordering i received a notice that it was already shipped

From placing the order to resolving some broken (by the shipping company) panel, to finding a lost pallet of stuff (again by the shipping company) I not only got great service with a smile. I never felt like there was going to be a problem resolving the order. Signature Solar was responsive, polite, and fair. I couldn't have asked for more.Thanks, ****

I purchased EG4 solar products for the first time after talking to the sales *****, she told me exactly what I needed very quick response times explain to me what I needed and what to look out for. every time I email her she was always prompt polite, she acted very professionally and generally cared about the customer. Im sold Ill keep going back to them, especially if shes my sales person.

Signature Solar has been very supportive, We are newbies to off grid solar system,but their Tech **** have walked us through every step of the way. I want to especially thank their customer service team. I recently made another purchase for 2 inverters and did not get an email confirming my purchase after 3 days of placing the order. After discovering a flaw in the design of a battery bms, signature solar replaced my 3 year old units with brand new ones all thanks to the temerity and candor of ******* in support who never let down a single time. She went above and beyond any customer support role and I should know. I've been doing customer service for 25 ******** issue was an edge case that is one of the most challenging problems to solve and she never gave up.
