My wife and I placed a fairly sizable order with Signature Solar. The order included, along other things, an Anker Solix F3800, an expansion battery, the smart home power kit, and 4 rigid (rooftop) solar panels. The driver for the delivery company (not Signature Solar) did not call us to meet him on delivery as he was instructed to do, but instead left the equipment out in the elements on a rainy day. I've been a Signature Solar customer for over a year now. I've made multiple purchases and have been very pleased with the level of customer service, the quality of the EG4 products and exceptionally please with their technical support. All the staff I have dealt with have been professional, technically sharp and genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction. I won't do business with anyone else when it comes to solar.

I was fortunate to deal with a ****** *********. He was patient, courteous and helpful. I am overseas and while talking to him my minutes finished and he called me back right away to make sure that I was heard. My items are at the port as I type this message. Unfortunately, they came when I was sent on a course by my workplace but I will clear them from customs when I return. I'd like to shout out ******* also and she was very polite and helpful.
