Thank you for the great service and attention I received last week after stopping in to "look." I had two vehicles to trade in and it was late (& took 2 days) and everyone, Dan, Miles, Troy M, Carlos, Justin, and Troy P. were all extremely helpful and went above and beyond to put me in my '18 Kia Sportage. We took one vehicle in on Monday for an oil change. We’re in and out in less than an hour. Service people were very friendly and professional.
I visited the shop at Shottenkirk because I had a slow leak in a tire. The found the nail and repaired the tire. No more leads.

My husband and I drove from Sioux City, Ia to get our new car. Everybody there was super helpful and friendly. Our salesperson Matt answered all of our questions and was very accommodating. Customer service needs work. My brother took his van in yesterday for an oil change, coolant flush, and to fix a safety recall. He was told 2 1/2-3 hours for everything and had an appointment. It took them from 10 a.m to 1:30 to get the oil change done which is when they told him they hadn't even started on the coolant flush. 3.5 hours for an oil change!?! That would make for at least a 5 hour day there and he had his 9 month old there with him. He drove there from Macomb. He's too nice to ever say anything, but that just is... read more

Jaclyn, those three items required that length of time. We did offer alternative transportation so he didn't have to sit in our lounge for that time. We can also pick up and deliver your car. We try to be as quick as possible without sacrificing the quality of the work.
