I rate this as my top experience ever at a car dealership(anyone that knows me, knows I hate dealerships)!!! We came in not wanting to spend a long time on the process, EVERYONE was wonderful to work with!!! Made it a painless process!!! I highly recommend this location we had the pleasure to work with Connor Holzen!!!

Shottenkirk Superstore is a experience worth the drive I made from Arkansas to purchase my car. I wanted an honest dealership to, meet my need and that's what I got. My questions are quickly answered concerning maintenance of my vechial and any factory recalls. Oh and the people are awesome while waiting in the service area.
Brought my Ford Fusion in for an oil change and 1 headlight, 4 hours later still here An hour ago they said they got grease on my carpet so would need to clean it
I am beyond p!ssed. Came to pick up my Rav4 after I got off of work at 10 pm and told the service manager over the phone to leave the doors unlocked with the keys in it. I get there and the doors are all locked. I hope that the keys aren't in it because you guys will have fun getting my car door unlocked since those are the only set of keys. I have to be at school at 8 am. I don't have time for this. Also if I had known that my car wouldn't have been ready until after 5 today, I would have asked for a temp car. I missed all ... read more

Would never buy a car here due to the way they drop things from your paperwork without telling you so they can get the payment lower to sell it to you! Then you find out when you call to get the extra stuff done like rust proofing!
