I took my Dodge Dakota pick-up in for routine tire rotation, transmission fluid change, and changing of lubricant in the front and rear axles. I also asked to have an antifreeze leak and creaking in the front suspension checked out. The antifreeze leak and the front suspension turned out to require more expensive repairs than I had hoped. However, the service manager communicated the problems with me and got my OK before proceeding with the expensive work. After the service, the truck runs well. So far great people to do business with, only improvement I seen was the finance manager needs a new desk.
My battery failed and after using a jump box, I went immediately to the service department. My battery was replaced and I picked up my car in a few hours. I’m very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I was offered a ride home, received a phone call with estimated price and all on a Friday!
