My start stop on my 2018 Jeep Compass quit working. Got appt and they had to order the part for it over night. Joe was very helpful and got me a loaner. Next day delivered my Jeep back to me at work. Thank you Joe

Joe Gates did an excellent job communicating with me throughout my process of looking for a new SUV. Even though I don't live in Southeast Iowa he still made me feel like a priority and did his best to keep in touch with me while I made a decision. Even though I didn't end up buying from him; his customer service was excellent and I will keep him top of mind for my next vehicle shopping experience.

Just took my 2018 Kia Optima in for its first maintenance appointment. They were super busy, but the wait wasn’t too bad. The service was fine, but the only problem I had was when I used the UVO service on my phone to try to schedule an appointment. It lets you press schedule and select the dealership, then tells you the dealer will call you in 24 hours. West Burlington Shottenkirk doesn’t schedule appointments, though, as I found out, which is fine, but they need to get it off the UVO app, then.

We bought a brand new Dodge Ram a couple of months ago. It barely has 2000 miles on it now. Saturday it started to shimmy really bad. Took it in & was told they don’t know what’s wrong. Here it is Tuesday & they still don’t know. We were told that they we going to start to part out a different truck with ours till they find the problem. What kinda crap is this?!?!? Hello..... Both Shottenkirk in Ft. Madison and West Burlington have helped out with our 2011 SRX. Brandy in FM and Shottenkirk in Ft. Madison regulated my A/C.... which was not set correctly... now it blows cool A/C... and then Amy and company in West Burlington store helped this past Thursday when my battery failed! Thumbs up!
