The service at the Burlington location is awful. If I was to go anywhere I would go to the fort Madison location they are helpful and actually work with you to solve your issue that you may have!

RecommendedShottenkirk Service Department has done a fantastic job as we had issues with 3 of our 4 vehicles (kids car included) just this week alone. Joe in Service made sure there was excellent outcomes to all of the issues in a timely manner that popped up one after the other during the busy week of Thanksgiving (brake in to the front Rotors/rear pads and a few Kia recalls on the Sorento, broken belt rear tire on Chrysler town and country causing a shake, and a bad battery wouldn’t start with a detached hood release cable at the sam... read more

Every time I take my Ford F350 in for repairs it takes a week to a month to get it back. I get the run around. I will not be buying a car or truck from there again.
