Sales people/staff should follow up with customer service better than they do (which is none at all). Was told my car i bought over the summer had 2 keys. I received one at purchase, have made many calls to a few different people there about getting the second key with not 1 phone call made back to me. Will go somewhere else next time, this was our second car we got from them, would have been 3 if this hadn't of happened.
