1st oil change on 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, It is complimentary as it is a High Altitude edition. After it was completed they tried to charge for it, I explained it was complimetary from Jeep, they checked and it was no charge. Drove away about 1/2 mile smelled oil, car had 4000 miles on it. Pulled over and lifted the hood lot of smoke but the cap was on tight with no evidence of oil. Looked underneath oil was dripping from crossmember. Oil plug was in and tight. Be honest to buyers up front. We bought a car yesterday. It had front end damage and rear spoiler damage. Neither was disclosed. We drove many hours and to be treated poorly.
piss poor service!!! I don't take my truck there unless I absolutely have to the people that work in the shop I don't think they no what they R doing may 1 or 2 do the rest 😂

RecommendedThe salesman we used was Adam Brown. Very knowledgeable, very attuned to what we wanted. The whole buying process took place at his desk. The general manager meet us when we came in from the test drive. But Adam took care of the interface between us and the managers. He got us what we wanted, in probably the best car buying experience in my 70 years.
