RecommendedI have purchased two vehicles at Shottenkirk this year. Their customer service was exceptional both times. My sales associate was Luke Newlan for both vehicles. He made the whole process a breeze.
Shottenkirk told me previous changer of the oil must hav cracked engine oil filter cap After talking to a mechanic not related to Shottenkirk. They said the car would have been spirting oil and it wasn't. So I can only conclude Shottenkirk cracked it and blamed it on person who previously changed oil and made me pay for it.
Bought a truck from them that had issues for over 6 months. Not so sure it is solved even yet. Got a run around every time we called to get an update on it. Could never get a straight answer. Got a lot of lies and talking in circles. Pretty sure will never buy from them again.

Salesmen are great. Oil change crew are horrible. Took my truck to have a free oil change done. It was part of my warranty when I bought the truck. After I got home I noticed an oil leak under my truck. So I slide under my truck to find the oil drain plug about to fall out. It was only in the drain pan about a turn if that.
