i have bought 2 vehicals before from them. a $6k pontiac and a $33k f150. well went to buy a $37k expedition today and it had 2 diffrent kinds of tires. so i told them id pay their sticker price but needed 2 tires to match the front. well needless to say im still looking to buy an expedition. they wouldnt come down on the price or put $400 worth of tires on a $37k suv. imo find someone whos willing to work with you atleast a little bit. and i bet they delete this review. lol

RecommendedI call shottenkirk superstore with a problem with my engine. Danielle was able to have my car looked at and get my car fixed with a new engine. The parts were ordered . She was able to answer by questions on cost and time need to complete repairs. She was able to call me to keep me informed about how much longer it was going to take. Durning this time we were able to keep the recommended 6 foot away for everyone's safety!

RecommendedWhen up there Saturday to look at mustang they had on the lot. Dealt with a salesperson named Alex Nguyen. Alex was a very nice and respectful gentlemen who did not pressure me into a car to get a sale. I did end up leaving with the car, but he was an all around nice guy and very easy to talk/get along with. When I went to the finance department he handed me over to Justin Yoder who was the exact same way. I did not feel pressured at all and they made it as smooth as possible.
