RecommendedThey made a fair deal with us. Part of the deal involved a third party that was a little slow, but Shottenkirk helped us get it done. Shottenkirk could improve on there call back time with customers. We had some trouble getting a manager to call back but once he did he took care of the problem.
Went there to get one particular car. I knew what I was looking for. Troy the sales manager was very nice. The financial manger Joe was great as well. The sales lady not at all. She was on her phone texting others instead of trying to sell the car to me. Sad thing is I sold myself the car and she got the commission. Never going back. Bad thing is I am shopping for another car for my other kid. Their loss
