I am highly upset how my sister was rudely disrespected by your associate Luke Newlan. He was highly unprofessional, to an eager customer, simply asking questions about a car. Totally uncalled for! No follow-up or apology was given. I do not recommend this business. Unsatisfactory customer service. Be careful... they will try to sell you a lemon.
My husband and I are in the process of looking to refinance our vehicle and maybe get a better deal but after a family member was disrespected by Luke Newlan one of your sales managers on today we will go somewhere else
