Bought a brand new 2019 Jeep Compass. Tire blew with only 20,000 miles on it. Exactly six weeks outside of the warranty and they refuse to compensate any cost. Unfortunately this hasn't been my only issue. We hope to have better luck with another dealership.

Went in for a simple tire rotation There’s no way in hell that 32 wheel studs are stripped on a truck can go bad all at once Gave him my money to get my truck out of bondage then I lose a hub cap DO NOT TAKE YOUR Vehicle there !!!!!!

Sorry to hear about your wheel stud problems. Unfortunately all 32 studs were cross threaded when the lugs were last put on. This is a common problem that occurs when the lugs are not started with your fingers and instead started with the socket of an impact. Wish this would not have happened to you. We have seen this before and we hate seeing this when it occurs.
This place is ridiculous. I should have checked prices before I came in. They charge higher than the dealerships in the oil fields. my last service was in Hannibal Missouri and it was 250 with tire rotation. same thing today and add diff and those fluid change is 905

We appreciate your business and your review, however, It is hard to compare the two services. Your last service and tire rotation was a lot different than this one. On this visit you had your diesel oil and filter, tires rotated, "both" fuel filters changed not just the upper, front differential fluid changed, rear HD differential fluid changed and the transfer case fluid changed.
