this is the second time in 4 oil changes that they havfe put the wrong oil in. They make it right when I complain, but if they would listen, this wouldn't happen.
I will never go back to Shottenkirk again requested a oil change they tell me 68 bucks I told her I want to have Motorcraft oil filter and oil they say OK did not give me a fair warning next thing I know I have a $98 bill never again

Had a car sent from a different Schottenkirk location. When the car was retrieved, the price increased by $1200. I was told that is the current market price for the car. They asked if I had a screen shot of the lower price which I did not. I bought the car because it was a birthday present that my nephew picked out but it is the last vehicle I will buy from Schottenkirk. Poor customer service and bad tactics.
