We were in and out with complete oil change in under an hour. On a Saturday morning. Hard workers
Finance shoved a 4000$ warranty on my contract and I didn’t know it but when I find out about it I was told they wood take care of it and take it off well guess what 2 months later it’s still on my billing. I thinks it bs that they do this to people and probably raised my payment 100$ per month. Not a happy customer
I would definitely recommend Shottenkirk! I recently traded in a Kia Sorento for a new Kia Telluride. I had shopped around numerous other Kia dealers and Shottenkirk's price could not be beat. They offered me a fair trade-in value for my old Kia, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new Telluride -- which I am! Thanks, Luke and Troy!

Went there over the weekend with a nail in my tire. They came out and told me it was not able to be fixed and I needed to replace my tire. So, I order tires from elsewhere. Went to get them put on and they told me my tire wasn’t even as bad as you guys made it out to be and fixed it for me! Saved me lots of money. You also told me I have a bent rim well I had the other place check it and they actually showed me unlike you do and it was not bent at all. I went to oil changed on January 22. 2020 and got my truck back and now I have to replace my oil Sensor because the oil light won't go and beap all the time. They told me we needed to replace the motor cause that's where the sensor was they lied. I will take business somewhere else from now on.
Recommendedall salespeople involved worked hard to get me the best deal for my money. they took their time and showed me multiple cars similar to the one I was looking for and didn't rush anything. kudos on great service
