Just bought a new car and the car is good. We are disappointed that it doesn’t have Bluetooth and we told by the sales rep it did. It even came down to after we signed all the paperwork and the rep got in the car to show us how to set it up and discovered it didn’t have Bluetooth like she said it did. Not sure if I recommend them again
SHOTTENKIRK DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR VEHICLES!! Last week, I purchased a 2005 F-150 and what I thought was 4wd. I get it home and 5 days later, in the snow, I shift in 4hi and it doesn’t engage. I talked to the salesman and he told me to get a quote on the repair and they would see about helping me out. Quote to repair came back at $1,200. RecommendedA belated thank you--this last July had trouble with pickup as was traveling to visit my son. Got towed to the Superstore, they gave me a loaner for the weekend to continue my travels, and then got the pickup repaired faster than promised! So very grateful--everyone was wonderful. And the pickup has run beautifully ever since. Thanks to all!
