During the recent cold spell our battery needed replaced. Shottenkirk in West Burlington was the only store in our area that had a battery for our van. We actually had a choice between two. Thank you again for the great service.

We've been customers of Shottenkirk's since moving to the area nearly four years ago and have been very pleased with their service and friendly staff. This past week presented my husband and I with a weather related inconvenience and Zach at Quick Lane played HERO without hesitation!! Thanks for going above and beyond, Zach - you made us feel like a top priority and we do not take that for granted!!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful when you walk in the door. Service is quick and precise.
I have had 4 prepaid oil changes since buying my 2017 Escape. After the third time waiting up to 3 1/2 hours, no appointments can be made, I decided to have them pick up my car for an oil change and return it. My agreement with them was this was free of charge. They said as of August there was a charge for this service, So I guess their word is as about as good as their service. Every time the car has been in they have tried to charge me for the oil changes that were paid for and every time the tires were rotated at least on... read more

What makes Kia service is the Service Manager! That is a tough job! Joe is easy to talk to. He is very busy but he really tries to accolade your service needs. He even delayed his lunch waiting fir my arrival. He is personable and works hard to satisfy your questions and gives additional information that is. Helpful. The people upstairs need to give this professional lots of support!
