I took my KIA Sportage for recall on fuel tank straps and undercoat. Joe was wonderful on the phone and when I got to Shottenkirk. My KIA was done and I was back on the road in excellent time. I bought my vehicle there and have always had wonderful and friendly service with them.

The service is thorough - I appreciate the printouts that give you heads up on upcoming preventive maintenance. Friendly employees are helpful and considerate. If there is a longer wait for work being done The Ivy cafe is so convenient for a bite to eat. And the Shottenkirk waiting area is super comfortable too!

We had a blow out coming home from soccer state finals and had to use our "donut"!!! Went out to Shottenkirk to try to get the same brand iof tire we had as they have served us well in the past!!! Amy said no problem looked it up and found the same ones for us!!! Had one in stock so replaced the "donut" and had the others on the next day. Amy and her staff have always provided us with above and beyond service. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our Kia service. Thankyou Amy and crew!!!

I went in for my first free oil change on my 2018 Kia Sorento.I was satisfied, they got my car in and out, but as I was driving away,I realized they never rotated my tires, so I will have to make another trip up here to get this done.I have bought 2 Kia Sorento from them and they were very good to work with,Tom jacobs salesman and i can not remember his names black gentleman who helps get your payments to where you want them, he is awesome
